Recall the No. 11 bus that takes us up to Alberoni located in the extreme south of the island of Lido. We board the bus on the ferry boat that landed us Pellestina Island. We cross the island to the southern terminus where we embark again on a ferry which takes us to the natural oasis of Ca 'Roman.

We follow the path that leads us to the beach through dunes covered with vegetation and reach the shore. The beach is full of waste that the sea gives to man. The sight is still impressive. To the south we see a huge construction site for the construction of the Mose and that led to the destruction of approximately 3 acres of oasis in spite of the struggle carried out by LIPU to search for alternative solutions. We enjoy this corner of paradise where the silence is broken only by the sound of the waves.

Resume Pellestina the boat and go back to where we stop in the square of the village. The atmosphere is unusual. 1 clove garlic
50 grams of diced bacon
200 grams of mushrooms
400 g Tagliatelle
Recipe
In a pan put three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and sauté garlic over low heat. Add bacon and white wine and let it evaporate slowly.
In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and dice.
Once the wine has evaporated, add the mushrooms and add previously cut salt and pepper to taste. Cook the mushrooms for about 15 min. always a low heat turning them over and over.
Cook the pasta to the water by adding salt to taste. Anticipating the end of the cooking water and end in the pan of mushrooms repeatedly blasting the noodles for about 5 min.
